Vendor must supply own tent, tables, chairs etc.
Vendor Space Choices

Liability Waiver: The Jay Focus Group & Jay Community Recreational Centre reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless the Jay Focus Group (501 (c)3 Non Profit), The Jay Community Recreational Centre (Town of Jay), Snow Job Inc., Todd Alix & Basse Investments (Ellis Field), Jay Auto, Jay Village Inn, Jay Country Store & the Town of Jay, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, pandemics, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. Please acknowledge that you have read all of the information, rules and regulations and agree to be bound by this contract.
Once accepted, payment is due within 14 days of acceptance date.

Event Info:
Pumpkin Pi(e) 3.14K Run/Walk on the Jay Community Recreational Centre located on the Cross Road in Jay.
8:30 am register for Pumpkin Pi(e) 3.14 K Run/ Walk Park in lot and walk through the gate and up the hill to the gazebo.
$5 per person. Register at event or online at jaycommunityrecreationalcentre.org
Start at 9 am. Pumpkin Pie for all finishers!
This is our FUNdraiser for our JCRC trail maintenance and development.
AFTER THE PIE Join us in town for MORE FAMILY FUN!
10 am - 3 pm Vendors, Food, Pumpkin Trebuchet, Kingdom's Horse Drawn Wagon Rides,
10am - 2 pm HUGE Silent Auction at Town Hall
10 am - 1pm MUSIC TENT in front of Jay Town Hall with Mike Iula & Friends
10 am - 1 pm Buy Cow Plop tickets to benefit the Jay Focus Group Scholarship Fund (Win up to $1800). Cow arrives at 1 pm.
10:30 am - 12:30 pm Autumn Paint & Sip with Alyssa Delabruere at the Jay Village Inn Quonset Hut. To register go to jaycommunityrecreationalcentre.org
11am - 1pm Chili Contest: Taste all 6 and judge for $5
1-4 pm Music: ZUKO and the Gang at the Jay Village Inn, with Bierhall and drink and food specials
