​​​​​​Due to the 2020 Covid Pandemic we were unable to have our 13th Annual Jay Summer Fest on August 8, 2020 
We decided to have a Super Tag Sale that included a 50/50 Raffle, Mystery Bags & Gift Baskets. 
Five days of our Super Tag Sale brought in $6000 for local organizations.  We were overwhelmed with support of people and organizations who cleaned out their attics and basements to donate to our cause. 
 

In 2021 we were still unable to organize what would have been our 14th Annual Jay Summer Fest.

We opted to put on our 2nd Annual Super Tag Sale Fundraiser for 5 days  in June & July

which was a huge success thanks to all our volunteers working the event, everyone who donated to the event

and especially to all  who came to our event.

We cannot thank you enough for your continued support and generosity to help us help others in Orleans County.

 Tag Sale Items, Collectibles, $25 Lucky Draw, Super 50/50 Raffle, Mountainside Sculpture & Design Owl Donation and the Adirondack Chair donation from Ripley Point Chairs combined to help us reach our goal of $6000 and climbing.

Jay Summer Fest, was normally the 2nd Saturday of August, has changed through the years.
Jay Summer Fest, was originally called Jay Day in the mid 1980's, when Jay Country Store owners Rich & Ronnie Vanderveer started the tradition. It was brought back to life in 2009 by Chris Beerworth with a Bake & Tag Sale for the Jay/Westfield Elementary School After School Program. It soon morphed into today's version of Jay Summer Fest always the same day as Jay Peak Resort's Augustwest Music Festival, held in the Jay Country Store field.
If someone says Jay Day, Augustwest or Jay Summer Fest they are usually talking about our event. In recent years it included 60 plus Vendors, 50/50 Cow Plop Raffle, Horseshoe Tournament at Jay Village Inn, Silent Auction, Tag Sale,

King Arthur Baking Contest, Parade, Music, Face Painting &  Photo Garden, Kids Activities and more.
